How do I access my purchased e-books or e-journal issues?
After purchase, your digital publication becomes available in your customer account.
To access it:
- Log in to your Account.
- Open My e-Library.
- Find the purchased title.
- Click READ to open the publication.
An Internet connection is required to read publications through your account.
Do I receive a PDF, EPUB, or downloadable file?
No. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, purchases on this website provide digital access through your account only.

Will a physical book or magazine be shipped to me?
No. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, products purchased on this website are digital access products only.
No physical book, magazine, or other item will be shipped.
When does my digital access begin?
Digital access begins immediately after your payment is completed.
If you purchase a one-year Online E-Library subscription, your one-year access period begins immediately after payment and continues for one year from the date of purchase, unless terminated earlier under our policies.
Where can I find my purchased titles?
Your purchased titles are available in the My e-Library section of your customer account.
If you do not see a purchased title in your account, please contact us at info@cosmedmedia.com and include your order number.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.
We may approve a refund, exchange, or cancellation in appropriate cases, including duplicate purchases, wrong title or language edition, technical access problems caused by our website, or other good-faith customer service issues.
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded title or subscription will be terminated.
I am an EU consumer. Can I withdraw from my purchase?
EU consumers may have withdrawal rights under applicable law.
However, because our digital content and digital services are provided immediately after purchase, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once access begins if you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
