EU Withdrawal Request

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use this page to submit a withdrawal request for an eligible online purchase.

Cosmetics & Medicine Publishing LLC provides digital content and digital services immediately after purchase through customer accounts. If you expressly consented to immediate access before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access begins, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that your request is eligible or approved. We will review your request under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded title or subscription will be terminated.

Temporary Withdrawal Request Process

Our automated withdrawal form is not yet available. Until it is available, you may submit your withdrawal request by email or through our Contact Us page.

Please include the following information:

  • your full name;
  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • your order number;
  • the product title or subscription;
  • the date of purchase;
  • a statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract;
  • any additional message or explanation, if you wish to provide one.

You may use the following wording:

“I wish to withdraw from the contract for Order #[Order Number].”

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email and will review your request under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Important Note

This page is a temporary withdrawal request channel. We intend to implement an automated withdrawal function or another compliant technical solution when it becomes available through Shopify or through a custom website implementation.
