Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, products purchased on this website are digital access products only. No physical book, magazine, or other item will be shipped. No PDF, EPUB, or other downloadable file is provided.
When you purchase an electronic book, electronic journal issue, or Online E-Library subscription, the publication or subscription becomes available in your customer account on our website.
Digital access begins immediately after your payment is completed.
How to Access Your Purchased Publications
To read the e-books or e-journal issues you have purchased:
- Log in to your Account using the email address and password you used when registering.
- Open the My e-Library section of your Account.
- Find the title you purchased.
- Click the READ button to open the publication.
An Internet connection is required to open and read publications through your account. Please wait a few seconds for the publication to load. When the publication is available, the READ button will be active.
You do not need to install any additional app or software. Publications can be read on supported desktop and mobile devices, subject to internet connection, account access, and device compatibility.
Online E-Library Subscriptions
If you purchase a one-year Online E-Library subscription, your subscription provides digital access through your account to eligible books and journal issues included in the Online E-Library.
Your one-year access period starts immediately after your payment is completed and continues for one year from the date of purchase, unless terminated earlier under our policies.
Eligible new books and journal issues added to the Online E-Library during your active subscription period will become available in your account.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Online E-Library subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Refunds and Withdrawal Requests
Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded title or subscription will be terminated.
For EU consumers, additional withdrawal rules may apply to digital content and digital services. Please review our Refund Policy before purchase.
