We talk about how to properly clean the skin and choose the tools of primary care, the main ingredients of cosmetic and nutraceutical products and mechanisms of their action, how cosmetic/aesthetic treatments must be performed, and what is contraindicated in atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

Separately considered features of the skin microbiome and its influence on the dynamics of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. According to modern knowledge, forming a healthy gut and skin microbiome may be another leverage for managing diseases.
